The Gunna Show ("we," "us," or "our") operates gunnashow.com and the Gunna Show mobile application (together, the "Service"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information. When you create an account we store your email address, display name, a securely hashed password, and your date of birth. We use date of birth only to verify that you are at least 13 years old; it is not shown on your profile. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email and basic profile info from that provider to create your account — we never receive or store your Google or Apple password. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we only receive Apple's private relay address.
Purchases. You can buy GS Coins and a GS+ membership. On the website, payments are processed by Stripe; in the iOS app, purchases are made through Apple In-App Purchase and managed for us by RevenueCat. We store a record of your purchases (what you bought, amount, and time) to deliver coins and memberships. We do not receive or store your full card number — card and payment details are handled directly by Stripe or Apple.
Push notifications. If you turn on notifications in the app, we store a device push token so we can send you alerts (for example, when a battle goes live or you receive a message). You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Content you submit. Messages you post in community or battle chat, direct messages, votes, backing, and any images you upload are stored so the Service can function.
Usage & activity data. We collect first-party analytics about activity on the Service — pages you visit, battles you view, and votes you cast — to understand usage and improve the show. When signed in, some activity is associated with your account; otherwise it is tied only to a random visitor identifier. We also record standard request information such as approximate time, page path, and browser type.
We use a small number of first-party cookies: essential cookies for sign-in, session, and security (anti-forgery); and a first-party analytics cookie ("vid") containing a random identifier used to count unique visitors. We do not use cross-site advertising or tracking cookies.
We use the information above to operate and secure the Service, run your account and chat/DM features, process purchases and deliver coins and memberships, send notifications you have enabled, tally votes and battle results, measure engagement, and improve the show. We do not sell your personal information.
We share only what is necessary with service providers that help operate the Service: Stripe and Apple (payment processing), RevenueCat (managing App Store purchases), Google and Apple (only if you choose to sign in with them), and YouTube (when a highlight video is embedded, YouTube may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy). The hosting and database run on our own server.
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. We collect date of birth at sign-up to enforce this and do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to create an account or collect personal information from them. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will remove the account.
You can turn off push notifications in your device settings and clear the analytics cookie in your browser at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing privacy@gunnashow.com; we will delete your account and personal information, except records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes (such as purchase records).
We keep account and activity data for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations.
