These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and The Gunna Show ("we," "us") governing your use of The Gunna Show website and mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and, for the iOS app, the Apple Media Services Terms and the Usage Rules of the App Store. You may use the App only on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for your account, your password, and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
The App lets you post content and interact in real time — the Wall, chat, profiles, comments, live streaming in the Cookout, and video calls between users. You are solely responsible for the content you post, stream, or transmit. You agree not to post, stream, say, or send anything that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, involves minors inappropriately, infringes others' rights, or is otherwise objectionable.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report content and block users at any time. We review reports and may remove content and eject or ban users, including ending live streams or calls, at our discretion and without notice. By using live or call features you consent to being recorded for moderation and safety purposes.
GS+ is an auto-renewable subscription. When purchased through the iOS app, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation, and the subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Prices are shown at the point of purchase.
GS Coins are a virtual, in-app credit used only inside The Gunna Show. Coins have no cash value, are not real currency, are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred off-platform. We may modify, limit, or discontinue coins or their features at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion by contacting us.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The Gunna Show on this platform refers to the Philadelphia song-battle host @o6o_gunna and is not affiliated with the Atlanta recording artist "Gunna" (Sergio Kitchens).
